We do not take a share of your commission
Whatever you agree with your buyer is entirely yours. We charge a fixed fee for access and nothing else, whether you close one deal or ten.
We do not sell you a list of phone numbers
Buyer numbers stay with us and we make the introduction. That is the promise that makes buyers willing to post in the first place, and it is what keeps them coming.

Every two months after

Charged only if you continue. We tell you before the term ends, and stopping costs nothing.
Nothing is taken today. We call you first, answer whatever you want to ask, and only then, if you decide to go ahead, do we take a payment.
Why we only take a few agents per district
We spend money to find buyers, and there are only so many in one district each month. If we took every agent, each of you would get one or two buyers. That is not worth your time or ours.
So we keep the number small. Fewer agents means more buyers for each one. If your district is already full, we will tell you and keep your name for the next opening.
What we ask of you
- Only add properties you can really show to a buyer
- Go for the site visit yourself when we send a buyer
- Never ask a buyer for money. Buyers never pay anything
That last one matters most. It is the promise our buyers trust us on, and we remove agents who break it.
